How to setup Printer via USB?

Turn on the printer and make sure it’s in a ready state.

Connect the printer to your computer via the USB cable.

Wait for Windows to detect it. It should install the drivers automatically.

  • If it doesn’t, go to:
    • Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners
    • Click Add a printer or scanner

If still not detected, download the driver from the manufacturer’s website (e.g., HP, Canon, Epson).

Once installed, try a test print.
